Qigong

Qi-Gong is a Chinese energy gymnastics for health and longevity, at least 3000 years old. It is based on three principles:

  • motion control

  • breath control

  • thought control

Qi-Gong thus makes it possible to find a free circulation of Qi in the body through the networks of channels known in Chinese medicine.

This  work is accessible to all and does not require any particular physical abilities and quickly brings relaxation and inner calm. The practitioner finds a balanced statics releasing in particular the tensions on the level of the back and many other beneficial effects.
